Luis was amazing and made a horrible situation a little better. I had my Nissan Murano serviced for an issue. After I paid $2000 I went to get my car and it was still not drivable. The service center looke better. I had my Nissan Murano serviced for an issue. After I paid $2000 I went to get my car and it was still not drivable. The service center looked at my car again and was now saying it would be another $2000 to fix the car. Knowing the total would be $4000 to fix my 8 year old car I wanted to trade in. Luis was kind and helpful through the entire experience. I would recommend him to anyone. This is my 4th time purchasing a car from Jenkins. More
