I was disappointed to realize that the "service plan" I bought with my new car in 2021 was a "family plan" that was only good at the dealership in NC where I bought my car. However, Louis (I would give 5 s bought with my new car in 2021 was a "family plan" that was only good at the dealership in NC where I bought my car. However, Louis (I would give 5 stars but he isn't listed in the service department drop down list) in service explained everything very well and made the $380 oil change and transmission service less hard to stomach. I had an appointment but was still ther for over 3 hours to have my car serviced. All in all, I still give a 5 star review. In these new times, anytime you deal with customer service and someone seems to actually care, it is a bonus in my book. I also took a few minutes to consider trading in my car and Luis gave me some very beneficial advice, thank you. More
