Two Very Helpful Employees Luis Rondon was just great to do business with and super helpful. Mike Hamilton was also extremely helpful. When I took possession of my new Santa F Luis Rondon was just great to do business with and super helpful. Mike Hamilton was also extremely helpful. When I took possession of my new Santa Fe I noticed a slight bumping sound coming from the left rear tire. I thought there might be a stone stuck between the tire treads and figured it would work itself out as I was driving. The noise continued so I brought the car back to the dealership the next day. Luis examined the tire and discovered a bolt embedded in the tire. The Parts Manager gave me an appointment for eight days later to have the tire either replaced or repaired. I thought about this over night and decided to return to the dealership the following day to request a new tire and to have the defective tire replaced right away. Mike Hamilton made certain that this was done. He made me a happy customer. Mike stepped in to help me because Luis had left on vacation. Both Luis and Mike are the best and are certainly an asset to the Danbury Hyundai dealership. More
