My first contact with ideal Buick and Hyundai dealership was back in either the late part of March or early part of April. When I brought my 2014 Encore into your service shop for maintenance for major moto was back in either the late part of March or early part of April. When I brought my 2014 Encore into your service shop for maintenance for major motor leak. Which I paid $1100.00 to have serviced. One month later I had to bring the Encore in for a second visit. and when I learned it had sprung five new leaks. Which would have cost me another $1500.00 I said no and walked out the Buick service center vowing to never buy another GMC vehicle ever again I wasn't happy!! So while I was getting into my car a voice from behind me said "Sir you don't mean that!" When I turned around their stood Lui Garcia he had a big smile and he wasted no time introducing himself and giving me his card!! We talk for a while and I went from hating GMC to promising him I would come back for a test drive of my new Hyundai Kona. which after the test drive and interactions with Mr. Lui, his manager, and a witty financial specialist. They all made my experience exceptional. Their professionalism and hard work has redeemed the honor and integrity of Hyundai GMC and I'm now proud to call myself a new member of the Hyundai family!!
