Was looking for the 2021 in the yellow and contacted 5 dealerships. Alexis was persistent in contacting me and addressed all my questions via email and phone. I was pleased with the experience except for the license plate holder. I asked that it be removed assuming it was clipped on. I assumed it was clipped on and not drilled into a brand new grill. It was cold outside and when I got home I noticed it was still on the car. I removed it and it only had 2 screws on it but 4 screw holes in the grill. Not happy about it and will have to take to body shop to get repaired. I will be turning in another leased 2019 Sonata in Dec. See if you can sell me another car before then?? No holes in the grill please. More

Theresa then did the paper work. We had no intention of buying a car but the people we worked with made us feel good about buying it. They were all friendly and helped us through the process.
