Thank You for your feedback, We apologize that you feel your experience with Ideal Hyundai Buick GMC was not to your expectations. However, we have no records of you experiencing any issues with your vehicle until a month ago when your first complaint via DealerRater came in. Our management did attempt to contact you. However, the phone numbers for you that we have on record are no longer in service, and the Email that we sent you has not been responded to. We understand your level of frustration. However, when you purchased this 2008 Land Rover with 136,736 miles on October 19th, 2019. You acknowledged and signed off that this was an AS-IS vehicle with no warranties or guarantees from Ideal Hyundai Buick GMC. We did provide you with the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty to cover any future repairs. However, you declined any additional coverages. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact Ideal management at (301) 663-3121. However, please keep in mind that you purchased this vehicle without any warranty, and it is Ideal’s policy not to extend any warranties or guarantees for AS-IS vehicles.

Thank You for your feedback, We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with the front-facing camera on your new GMC. We understand and sympathize with your frustration in purchasing a new vehicle and experiencing a camera issue. We would have been able to get your vehicle in sooner. However, our records indicate that you rescheduled your appointment from the originally scheduled date and this may have been the reason why it took a little longer to get your vehicle in to be repaired. We did have your vehicle for a few days to trace the problem. Unfortunately, with newer vehicles that are filled with electronics, it can take a bit longer to narrow down the exact cause of an issue. We wanted to be sure that we resolved the issue correctly the first time. Your GMC warranty covered your repairs completely and we offered to provide you with a loaner vehicle while your GMC was being repaired. Our service manager Mike even spoke with you and or your husband at least once, sometimes twice a day with updates as to the progress while your vehicle was being repaired. If you would like to address this matter more, please reach out to our management team at 301-663-3121.
