Mr.PArks if I can give a negative zero option I would for the both sales and service, i purchased a car from them July 20 a kia forte in which the sales man jorge only let me go out parking lot and turn in the both sales and service, i purchased a car from them July 20 a kia forte in which the sales man jorge only let me go out parking lot and turn into wawa and back to dealership in which it's not enough to get car warmed up to see the issues ,got home and next day took everything out back to see if it had a spare and to my horror all big roaches crawling all over and 2 dirty syringes so shows car aren't inspected mechanical or detailed, call them and nothing done , bring it in so they susposeingly took out back seat and vacuum no they didnt ,i have to keep spraying in which is causing me health issues with asthma from inhaling the smell, signed contracted stating sept 4 is first payment and bill comes and owe Aug 26 so now late charges come but told them ill give them 1000 on August 20 and kept my word ,they don't keep there word at all and lie,,, took it for service today and know it has issue but they claim nothing wrong so they don't have to fix it under the cpo warranty and let it ride out knowing it expires soon and then say it needs to be fixed and make u pay out pocket in which they already in trouble cause u not allowed to put any brand other than there brand Ford as certified pre own so shows the lies keep pulling up ,then hand me my keys knowing I handed them it in perfect shape and I get them back broke with black electric tape on it like im not going to notice so I asked what happen to my keys in there possession and I got owe it's an accident so an accident that yall was going to apologize for and ride it out hoping I wouldn't notice,, this has been the worst car dealership and buying experience I have had in my years of owing a car ,beware and shop around don't get drawn in by there fake advertising cause you will regret and pay the consequences later like I am and it's only one month so tells u it's ridiculous and as a owner of a company he don't even make right and switch you out the mess u in but got there full money for it ,, greed is the devil in sheep clothing,, this is a warning for females cause seem that who they take advantage of like how u only let me go one block and call that a test drive ,,mr,parks you should do right them is horrible nightmare yall put me into,,then the car drives like it riding on all flats and draws with vibrating through steering wheel and instead of fixing it where he said oh you have 3 same tires with thread and one is different and different thread but it's not a safety concern so we not fixing it so you just going to keep feeling that vibrating and feeling ,like what dealership does that and call it a certified pre-owned, the meaning of certified pre own is everything is like new with some comestic difference not issues with mechanical or tires that should be fixed the correct way prior to selling it and calling it certified, then they want to keep saying safety then let's talk safety when you can't drive this car after 8 pm to 7 am cause you can't see nothing out back window only car light and blurry glare so if I get hit from behind you can't make out who hit u what color car they driving cause all you see in black and to them it's not safety or told then not taking it off cause it going to cost them money well how the xxxx you see the car like this and say certified and that's a safety issue and distraction of driving the car ,,, dont do it to urself ppl More
