This was my 2nd car purchase from this dealer, and have had excellent service both times. Their pricing and trade valuation is extremely fair, and customer satisfaction seems like a big priority for the st had excellent service both times. All Around Wonderful Experience I did a vast search and sent out lots of e-mails when looking for a new vehicle prior to my lease ending. I had great correspondence with Luis which made me set up a visit to VW in Franklin. I honestly never thought I would drive a VW until it actually happened. I was going to go in a very different direction until I met Luis and Sean. All of the terms were transparent which was very important to me. I've driven my new Jetta R-line for four days now and I'm overwhelmed with pleasure in the quality of the vehicle. More

Great Experience from Start to Finish I contacted Boucher VW with questions about leasing a 2019 Jetta SEL, and was paired with Luis Veguilla from Internet Sales. Luis was very helpful ri I contacted Boucher VW with questions about leasing a 2019 Jetta SEL, and was paired with Luis Veguilla from Internet Sales. Luis was very helpful right out of the gate, answering my initial and follow up questions promptly. After checking out a few more vehicles and eventually deciding on the Jetta, we were able to quickly schedule an appointment and begin the process. Both Luis and Sean worked hard with me to come up with a deal that best fit my expectations and budget, and I was very impressed with their efforts.
