After some back and forth, life got in the way and I wasn't ready to make a purchase. I explained that to Luis and he understood. I asked him to check back and a few months later he did. never any pressure, just checking in. finally I was ready and Luis guided us through the process of identifying what we actually wanted our car to look like and low and behold, a few hours later after Phil Bergman gently guided us through the financing portion, we drove off.
