Roberto was absolutely professional and helpful, not pushy at all, through the entire discussion, including trade-in, purchase, registration and delivery of the vehicle (which, before they would let me drive away with it, was detailed and fully serviced with oil, filter and all new brake pads). Roberto's boss Luiz ultimately gave me an excellent deal on the car and great value for my trade-in (2006 Jeep Wrangler). Really, I very highly recommend these guys - they are straightforward and honest, and that's an entirely different experience than the big name dealers. Thank you, Roberto! More
