Chris was an amazing guy to work with and he was very kind and straightfoward. They gave me a pretty good offer on my trade in and its a solid business. However, I am disappointed on exterior detail in the fact that there are alot of buff-able scratches and I had asked that the front bumper cover be reattached in the front but this wasnt done and some dents are still visible post dent removal. I am very satisfied with the amount of care that went into repainting and fixing the back bumper. It looks very nice. However I wish the front bumper cover and hood could receive the same attention. More
