It took me over a month to make up my mind and choose a vehicle. The CX9 was the first car I drove out of 11 cars-I thoroughly did my research. Luke, at O'Daniel Mazda, stayed in contact with me but didn vehicle. The CX9 was the first car I drove out of 11 cars-I thoroughly did my research. Luke, at O'Daniel Mazda, stayed in contact with me but didn't pressure me. Luke was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. At my second visit, he agreed to set up the 2 cars I was interested in side-by-side so I could really compare them. On my third visit, he graciously hosted my parents when I wanted their opinion on the car. I truly appreciate his kindness and understanding. The Mazda facility is clean and classy. I later had a hitch installed, and they provided me a loaner car for the day, which took but a minute to drop off and pick up.
