Luke Kinser helped me with my purchase of a used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. For what would normally be an extremely complicated sale, as I am active duty military stationed in Australia, requiring the vehicl Wrangler Rubicon. He worked with the 15 hour time difference, even taking the time to answer my calls on his day off to help answer and questions I’ve had. He was almost immediate with responses and sent me two video walkthrough of the Jeep as I couldn’t be present. My friend came to test drive the Jeep for me and he had the keys waiting and ready to go. I highly recommend Findlay Jeep and Luke Kisner especially, he was patient, friendly, not pushy at all and all dealerships in the US should look up Findlay Jeep and Luke to see how efficient and customer oriented their business practice is.
