I can’t begin to describe the horrendous service provided at this dealership. Came in for a repair due to a recall on my EcoSport back in September. I had to go through all types of hurdles, because the representative Ryan Kelder refused to submit the paperwork necessary in order for me to receive a rental. Steve Roman the manager is no help either any calls/emails sent to him were ignored. It wasn’t until multiple calls with corporate that Ryan admitted I was due for a rental as part of the recall in a voicemail. Never apologizing for all back and forth and rudeness on his part. Luckily I have the voicemails and emails in case they try to discredit me in a reply. My vehicle was finally finished on 11/13/25 with supposedly a new engine. However, not even 30 minutes into me driving, the check engine light came on. So my vehicle was kept since September to be replaced with a faulty engine? Corporate informed me to file a complaint with the BBB. I am going to follow through with that. Fortunately, I brought a new car and as a new member of the Toyota family. STAY AWAY FROM FORD. But if your luck happens to run out and you end up here, ask for any other representative who is competent and will show respect/kindness. More

They are fraudulently overcharging: In NJ retailers/dealers are required to prominently display their surcharge policy. When I went to pay $5000 they overcharged me 3% (which is ok if disclos retailers/dealers are required to prominently display their surcharge policy. When I went to pay $5000 they overcharged me 3% (which is ok if disclosed or displayed). But management gave directions to hide the sign, so, no advance notice or sign anywhere. When asked to pay with Debit card I was told that also with Debit card there is a 3% surcharge which in the United States , by law, any retailer is prohibited from surcharging debit card payments. Arrogant Manger in a condescending way kept say " we know it is not ok but this is our policy so either you pay cash (who carry $5000 in cash???) or pay the 3% or leave the car here. I would NEVER step a foot there again. More
