One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had! Luke was amazing at his job and while I know he wanted a sale, he genuinely wanted to make sure I ended up happy with what I was looking for even if Luke was amazing at his job and while I know he wanted a sale, he genuinely wanted to make sure I ended up happy with what I was looking for even if it meant waiting. Turns out they had what I was looking for and he help make sure I was comfortable with the price and outcome of my purchase. Jem made the financing portion easy and wasn't pushy on any extras or add on warranties. Again the focus was making sure I was comfortable with my purchase and decisions. Luke lied about another car, lead us along that he would get to speak to his manager which never happened. Tried to think we would absorb the cost of cleaning the scent of urine in the eye we were looking a get to speak to his manager which never happened. When you go in to look for a vehicle ask for LUKE. His main goal is to put you into your prefect choice of vehicle. We could not be happier with the 2018 Toyota Tundra we drove home in. The whole process was pain free and fast. Thanks again Luke for your help.
