This was my 2nd time at this location and I had to come back after a friend of mine had such a great experience with Luke. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle at a dealership and I was pretty scar back after a friend of mine had such a great experience with Luke. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle at a dealership and I was pretty scared and overwhelmed. Luke was waiting for us- just like last time, outside in the 95 degree heat with a smile on his face. I told him my budget and what I thought I wanted. We walked the whole lot, test drove whatever I wanted and however many times I needed to drive it. He didn’t care how long or how hot it was. He was patient, kind and numerous through the whole thing. We found one I fell in love with. A 2024 Toyota Tacoma that was out of my budget. However, Luke- sales floor, Shawn- sales leadership and Carlos- financing , put a fantastic deal together for me that gave me the monthly payment I could afford and the add on protections I needed to feel comfortable with purchasing something this new. Thank you to all the players I mentioned and those behind the scenes that made this deal for me! I was just another person walking in and you guys didn’t make me feel like a dollar sign or like a random person to get in and get out. You guys treated me like you knew me. Thank you. I’ll for sure come back when I’m ready for an upgrade and I’ll be sending all my friends to Arrigo of West Palm! More
