I would advise persons not to buy from this dealership. On September 15, 2023 I financed a 2023 Santa Fae XRT from this company. A few days later I found out that they had added over $15000 worth of add on's to the sale contract without my conscent or knowledge. They even charged me $2000 more than the listed sales price. For over one year now I have been trying to fix the issues with the manager Mr. Ken Sidana but instead of trying to fix the issues he is trying to rob me still. He acknowledges the fax that fraud took place during my transaction with the company but refuses to refund me my money or fix the issues unless I sign a release saying that I will accept $7600 as final payment and not take legal action against him or his company. I submitted to him signed documents showing that certain items are to be cancelled from my account and the funds credited to my account but he has refused to do so despite me having a signed contract with an agent of his company. These people took out a $52000 loan in my name from Hyundai Finance when the SUV was not worth more than $37000 and they want me to pay interest on a $52000 loan and only give me $7600 for the fraudulent act they had done, I am now forced to take the matter to court and advice Hyundai Finance and Hyundai Company of there illegal actions and how this is damaging there brand and that they should reconsider doing business with Hyundai Orlando Greenway, I tried to settle the matter with the manager privately for over one year now . He admits that fraud was committed on my account but refuses to fix it, The manager at the dealership agrees with me that I was over charged $2000 over the sales price and I told him to send those funds to Hyundai Finance or give me in a personal check and he said no, Not unless I sign to accept there ridiculous settlement offer they are offering as settlement to this case, I signed a contract for the cancellation of an item called Luxcare from my account in September 2023 and one year and 2 months later this item has not been cancelled which means that I am still been charged interest on this item. On that same document I signed to have some items cancelled and these items were cancelled 9 months later after I signed this , How can it be right for a car dealership to take out a $52000 loan on your behalf when the SUV is worth only about $37000 , They say to you that they commit fraud in your name but you must bare the penalty, Be careful when doing business with this car dealership. The sales person I have was not knowledgeable with the car I was buying. I already looked at the car in other places. After leaving the service dept upset & disappointed, they want a review. Here it is. The paint on my car is lifting up & literally flying off currently in 4 different areas. My car has 42,000 miles & I’ve pu want a review. Here it is. The paint on my car is lifting up & literally flying off currently in 4 different areas. My car has 42,000 miles & I’ve purchased 4 cars here - one approx every 3-4 years. Even though my car is out of warranty & apparently not covered by the “so call” extended paint warranty, would anyone expect to have a 5 year old car repainted? Hyundai wants me to pay $500 & they would do a “repair” instead of the whole car. What if in a few months, there are other areas affected. A car detailer has looked at my car & says bubbles are under the paint already in other areas. This is how they treat a repeat customer of 4 cars. FYI, this car has been washed, waxed & cleaned regularly & mechanically maintained. More

I have had my car there from May 2nd until now which is July 1st. My timing chain had gone bad and they have yet to even relay the damages and Information the warrenty. 2 months and I still don't know if m July 1st. This place is ridiculous, I've contacted the Manger several times and got no response I try to contact my mechanic and he leaves Me with no answer most of the times. I'm fed up with this location and I do not recommend. They even messed up writting down the information to be given to the warrenty and had to put my old engine back together after taking it apart which made this process even longer. Very unprofessional. Tired of going there in person for them to tell me they'll get it done and it doesn't get done. More

I previously gave 5 stars for my purchase but feel the need to review again. I went back into the dealership to have a repair done to my 2016 Hyundai Elantra and the experience was wonderful! If you need a repair, the service department is friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. If you need a new car- I just bought the Santa Fe XRT and it’s amazing- ask for Woody! He is awesome!!!! More
