We lived in the Houston area until 2009 when we relocated to Central Texas so we decided we would check around on the Westside of Houston.......Westside Lexus was our first and only dealer in Houston to contact. I inquired about the RX 350. Lurie sent me an email later the same day. It was a very specific email about the vehicle in question and told me to send the information on my trade. Before the day was over he had priced the RX 350 I asked about and had an estimate on my trade, of course pending the vehicle was as described, etc. when we brought it in. We made an appointment with Lurie and I felt like I had known this man for quite some time. He was very pleasant, yet very professional. The price he quoted remained as well as as my trade in a little higher than the lower end of the estimate. I KEPT SAYING, THIS IS WHAT CAR BUYING SHOULD BE ABOUT!
