My name is Lydia and I have been with Lundgren Honda for over 8 years and I am a Gold Master Senior Sales Representative, I sell anywhere from 30 to 50 cars on a monthly basis, the reason why I do so well is I love what I do and I also build a rapport with my customers, who come back to me to buy many more vehicles and referrals. I could not be in sales anywhere else, Lundgren Honda has been in business since 1964 and the reason we do so well here is we take care of our customers and treat them like family.

What an experience! I stopped into Lundgren Honda because my daughter mentioned they had a great warranty policy. Upon entering the dealership, Lydia Krog greeted me with enthusiasm and a willingness to help me. I had not purchased a car in 10 years and wanted to get the best possible deal. She willingly answered all my questions and made me feel more like a friend than a client. She clearly went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our decision. I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience at Lundgren Honda. After contacting them via the internet, I spoke with Lydia Krog to set up an appointment to come in and test drive a CR-V. I knew e Lundgren Honda. After contacting them via the internet, I spoke with Lydia Krog to set up an appointment to come in and test drive a CR-V. I knew exactly which car I wanted and they didn't try to steer me in other directions. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Carolyn Betty who immediately got things moving and had me on my test drive in what seemed like only a minute or two. When we got back to the dealership, things went quickly and smoothly. We completed as much paperwork as possible given that it was after 5 pm and I was on my way, with a tentative purchase in place in less than an hour. Carolyn, Christine, and Eric all worked on getting me the best rate they possibly could on Friday, and they went above and beyond to try to go one farther and even get it a little bit better. I drove away in my new CR-V this past Saturday morning after spending around an hour or so completing the final paperwork and taking care of a couple of last-minute add-ons. My mom was with me when I picked up the car since it was her birthday and we were heading out to spend the day together right after and every last person we spoke with or came in contact with made it a point to wish her a happy birthday and Elaine Lundgren herself even came over to wish her a happy birthday and give her a special extra gift for spending part of her special day with them. Again, I can't properly express exactly how pleased I am with the level of service and commitment displayed by the employees at Lundgren Honda. From Lydia in Customer Service all the way to the Lundgrens themselves and especially Carolyn for making this a pain-free and pleasant experience. I've already forwarded Carolyn's contact information to one of my co-workers and will not hesitate to give it to anyone that seeks recommendations for a dealership. More

They were not pushy at all, were able to work around my schedule, and were a pleasure to work with. This is my 3rd car with Lundgren. My immediate family consisting of 2 parents, 2 sisters and aunt and cousin-all have Honda's from Lundgren--totalling 7 Honda's in the family!!! I have always received gr consisting of 2 parents, 2 sisters and aunt and cousin-all have Honda's from Lundgren--totalling 7 Honda's in the family!!! I have always received great service. My last honda, I leased and was due to trade in at the end of the year. Lydia gave me a call, and after discussing my mileage suggested I come in because it was so low. She was very friendly and courteous on the phone. My salesperson was Gil. My mother had just purchased her new CRV about 1-2 weeks before and had also worked with Gil. My parents were happy with their visit as well. Gil knew what I was looking for from my conversation with Lydia. He had cars ready for me to view when I arrived. Overall, again great service!!! More

It was so refreshing to buy a car without all the unnecessary haggling and pressure! The prices listed on the website are the true prices which are very competitive with other dealerships. I had an incredibly positive buying experience at Lundgren Honda. I initially was inquiring about the purchase of a new 2012 Honda Civic when Lydia Krog made me aware of a used one that they just Lundgren Honda. I initially was inquiring about the purchase of a new 2012 Honda Civic when Lydia Krog made me aware of a used one that they just received that had only 2,400 miles on it. Initially I was hesitant, but then I realized that it was still a new vehicle, and it had nothing wrong with it. The reason why the previous owner traded it in was because it was just to small to fit the owners needs. Also, the price was substantially less than a new Civic. I met with Dustin Johnson the following day and from that moment on I knew that this was going to be a pleasant purchasing experience. Dustin was very attentive to my concerns and was also extremely knowledgable about the Civic. I had researched the car prior to meeting with him and he pointed out many of the safety features as well as many of the other bells and whistles that come with the car. Also, at no point in time, did he make me feel pressured into making this purchase at all. Dustin would give me periodic follow ups (on his own time, I might add) on how things were going on the Lundgren end of things so I could pick up the car on the day that I was hoping to get it. A pleasant over all purchasing experience. The Civic is awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to go to Lundgren in the future to buy another car. More

I can't say enough to explain how happy we were with our buying experience at Lundgren Honda. This is the second new vehicle we purchased from them, first a Honda Accord and this time a CRV. I originally w buying experience at Lundgren Honda. This is the second new vehicle we purchased from them, first a Honda Accord and this time a CRV. I originally worked with Lydia Krog (Internet Supervisor)she answered all my questions,and was very helpful. That evening we went to Lundgren, we were met by Lydia Krog and Dustin Johnson (Sales Consultant). We sat down with Dustin, he asked what we were looking for in a vehicle, then brought a CRV up to the door to show us the vehicle, the "grand tour", inside and out. Dustin was very knowledgable about the Honda Vehicles. Believe me when we say, he went above and beyond. He wasn't pushy, just extremely helpful. Thank you to Lydia and Dustin for making what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience. More
