Jessica Gitch, Mike Gittins and Lyle Gibson were wonderful on the phone and in person. They were extremely helpful and walked us through every step of buying our new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. Everything from the rust protection to the extended warranty was offered to us. Adam was very kind and courteous at the end of the transaction. The only thing we thought was a little personal, was that Adam had suggested that since we were paying with Cash was to write a personal check over a Cashier's Check. We feel the way we chose to pay for the vehicle is our decision and should not be persuaded by sales staff. More
