This was the first new car that we purchased together and our experience couldn't have been any better due to Mr. Thompson's role in the whole process. He was always professional, honest, and patient while answering all the questions we had about buying a new car. (And we're comparing this to other dealerships we inquired with whose sales consultants less than impressive when compared with Mr. Thompson.) Mr. Thompson promptly returned phone calls and went out of his way to find the exact car that we requested (the car we wanted wasn't on their lot, but Mr. Thompson located the car we requested and had it on their lot in less than 24 hours). In addition to locating our vehicle, he made the negotiation process simple and easy--always giving us the financial information we requested and, finally, making it possible for us to own our first new car. Mr. Thompson was recommended to us by a friend who had also purchased a car from Dick Brooks Honda in Greer. We ended up being very happy that we took our friend's advice. We moved to South Carolina in 2006 but I stayed with my daughter sometimes for a month or two who lives in Taylors and had service done on my car even then. We have always been pleased with not just the service but the commitment of the employees as well. Not only has Lyman Thompson been there for us at all times, but he is one of the most pleasant people have met in a long time. The managers there have really been helpful as well especially when we bought my daughter in Texas a Honda Civic. My service person is Mike Chase and I have recommended him to many people that I know will need service for their Hondas. We had called another dealership that would be closer to us, but they were so rude when we tried to set up a service appointment that we decided to stay with Dick Brooks and I am so glad that we did. We bought our first Honda Accord in NJ and there is no other car type for us. They are reliable and with the accessories that come with them now, they are even better. More

We were not in the market for a new car, but when Lyman told us of the great new safety and comfort features on the new 2014 Accord we just had to take one for a test ride. It was everything Lyman said! He was very knowledgable and quickly matched our driving habits and needs to the new Accord. After an easy negotiation on price, we only had one requirement. We were leaving in a few days on a trip to Chicago, and we wanted to take the new car. This only gave Lyman 4 working days to locate our car and have all the "extras" installed. Everything was ready on time for us to take the new car on our Chicago trip. We are very happy with the performance of the Accord and with Lyman's efforts to see that we were satisfied. More
