Sales was great. Not too pushy and easy to work with. Financing was also a good process. I’ve had tough experiences before with other dealerships who get very pushy. Wish I hadn't purchsed at this place, big mistake. The only one who seemed genuine was Lynda in sales, but still nothing was resolved. Went back multiple times in 2 weeks with car issues on a 19000 purchase. I shouldn't have had to,huge waste and disrespect of my time on their part. They don't care, they got their sale and unless you buy a Toyota..they treat you terribly. The service manager told me to go to another dealership where I would have a warranty. He just didn't want to fix the problem. Are you kidding me!?I have a 90 day with. Bristol Toyota of Swansea, it is their problem. The unprofessionalism in this place is unbelievable. Bunch of shady people. I had high hopes for this experience,very disappointed. They only wanted to help when I said I would never refer anyone or every step foot in there again. Too late. The salesman promised alot and didn't follow through. He was a great bull artist, didn't listen when I had concerns. Just wanted his commission. More

Ease and comfort I can honestly say I felt comfortable at Bristol Toyota and had a great experience. We have just leased a 2017 Highlander XLE and couldn't be happier.
