Not to mention they “strongly encouraged” two fluid services ($400) that were done within 30k miles previously (agent changed his tune when I requested he check the vehicle service record). Zero attempt to rectify/address issues with discount or apology when confronted with any of five things. I guess this is what goes for acceptable business practice for Ed Morse Freedom in Sherman.
