Micah, in the service department in Sherman, is the reason for this rating. He was instrumental in making a bad situation created by your Durant facility turn out GREAT. He followed my repairs every step of the way.... there were several little issues following the major replacement of the motor.... FIAT covered that bill. The carriage cover was left unattached.... he took care of that.... then the car overheated and he took care of that..... a couple other things. He even replaced my headlight on the last trip, which he did not have to do. I will always go to FREEDOM and deal directly with MICAH for my oil changes and all of my needs. He is a super star.
