This was completely done over the phone through texting phone calls, videos, and pictures of the car. I've been buying cars for well over 50 years and I must give this dealership and Anthony a lot of kud phone calls, videos, and pictures of the car. I've been buying cars for well over 50 years and I must give this dealership and Anthony a lot of kudos. They did a great job everything they said they followed through with. They would send a MSRP or CarFax to me when I asked. They delivered my car on time I give this dealership and Anthony a five star rating 100%. More

I am writing this review to express how wonderfully I was treated at Sheehan BUICK GMC, and why they truly deserve the title of "Number One." From my very first conversation with Anthony, I was impressed by treated at Sheehan BUICK GMC, and why they truly deserve the title of "Number One." From my very first conversation with Anthony, I was impressed by his professionalism and eagerness to explain the availability of the HUMMER EV SUV that I was interested in. Following this, I made an appointment to see the SUV on a Sunday, where I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff "NEMO" in person. After showing me the vehicle and guiding me through the necessary paperwork, everything was handled seamlessly and without any complications. Although I was unable to pick up my new HUMMER that day, Anthony and Jeff were kind enough to wait for me when I returned a few days later because of the installation of the illumination package. Upon arriving, I was met with the same high level of customer service and received a thorough explanation of the many features and functions of my new vehicle. It was a rare and wonderful experience for me, as I have never had a salesperson take such care to educate me about my new purchase. In fact, I learned that Anthony and Jeff have both been working with Sheehan for an impressive 10 to 15 years - an unusual feat in the car dealership world. Additionally, as they finished explaining my new vehicle, I had the great pleasure of meeting Mr. Sheehan himself, who took the time to meet and thank me for my business. I cannot thank Anthony, Jeff, and the entire team at Sheehan BUICK GMC enough for giving me the rare experience of meeting such professional, honest, and truly knowledgeable salespeople. It is experiences like this that restore my faith in this industry. Doc Nor More

1st lease experience I visited this dealership because of their massive inventory selection. Jeff assisted me and we found the right vehicle in no time. Having never lease I visited this dealership because of their massive inventory selection. Jeff assisted me and we found the right vehicle in no time. Having never leased before I wasn't sure what to expect. Jeff made it simple and explained the process very well. This was also my first experience negotiating by e mail. No hassles, no pressure, just simple answers and honest opinions. Everyone was very helpful and willing to go out of there way to make sure that I was happy. I would definitely recommend Jeff and the other great folks at this dealership if you're looking for a "truly" trouble free car buying experience. More
