Took my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera to Porsche Tampa today for my one year service. My service advisor, Mike Deleon, greeted me and explained the service and inspections that would be completed. I toured th for my one year service. My service advisor, Mike Deleon, greeted me and explained the service and inspections that would be completed. I toured their new building, new service bays, sales showroom, plush waiting areas and an indoor showroom of new and resale vehicles on the second level, ultra modern all the way. I also spoke with my sales person, Robert Kearney, the individual responsible for helping me with my first Porsche purchase. The service work was completed in less time than indicated. Mike went over everything that was done and the additional items that would be serviced next year. I was also helped by Eric Kozula with some technical issues I had questions about. Even though the dealership was quite busy, Eric took the time to solve my questions. I have nothing but admiration for everyone at this dealership.
