My service advisor Mike Hakanen was top notch in the way he took care of my truck. When he drove it across the parking lot after getting service, he noticed a sound that caught his attention. He made me awa he took care of my truck. When he drove it across the parking lot after getting service, he noticed a sound that caught his attention. He made me aware of it, so we h had a tech take a look and found a wheel bearing was shot and the tie rods needed replacement. We scheduled the repair for the next day.. I’m really grateful that he said something, as I was getting ready to leave on a 1300 mile trip, towing an RV. Now, my truck is running like new! 😀 My customer experience was outstanding! More

Mike and Glenn are awesome and always make me feel special as a customer. The Service Manager is very personable (Joe Kidd) and took the time to explain some of the newer options for servicing custome special as a customer. I like the long standing relationships I have with the members of the service department. It is the closest to having the "old days" of a trusted mechanic, not often found int he dealership service world. I now bring my wife, and grown children's Hyundai's (3ea.) for service with Starling. I trust mechanic technicians like Jeremy Espinosa with our vehicles. A properly operating vehicle is essential to help with my family's safety. Given the uncertainty of crime, criminals, and poor drivers these days, an underperforming or broken down vehicle could contribute to the victimization or injury of a loved one. When my family's vehicles leave Starling Ford service department, I have confidence in the vehicles ability to perform and safely transport my family to their destination. More
