This dealership had my car for three days and handed it back with the real problem untouched. My Tiguan came here after a radiator job at Emich VW Boulder left it with a check engine light and a badly wobbling cooling fan. Their technician said the fan needed replacing, then the advisor told me it was "road debris," that the wobble was normal, and that my car is just old. I asked to see the debris they claimed they removed. They refused, and later admitted they hadn't kept it. Here's the part that says it all: their own diagnostic log shows three stored fault codes, including a turbo underboost code, a nine minute session, and zero diagnostic tests actually performed. They cleared the codes and handed the car back with the real problem still active. An independent shop ran the correct test the next morning and found a broken intercooler hose in a few hours, and told me the car wasn't safe to drive. I have filed a formal complaint with Volkswagen of America. Three days here got me a wrong answer and a shrug. Do not trust a diagnosis from this shop without a second opinion. More

Almost two years ago I bought my 3rd VW from Thanks to my dear friends Nermina Mednolucanin, Fred Emich, and Chris Scheidt with Emich Volkswagen. They did an amazing job with my less than perfect credit to get me into my beautiful 2022 Tiguan well fast forward to this last week and I got a call from Nermina asking me if I wanted to look at a trade-in for a NEW 2024 at a better rate. I knew my interest was high with the other lender and my credit has improved so I thought okay let’s give it a shot. The caveat was I was out of state at a meeting then on a plane. Nermina was able to execute everything regardless and I was signing from 30,000 feet in the air. Not only that she was negotiating with finance on my end and got me to 0%!!!! When I got back on Friday I was able to walk-in and see my new vehicle and just work through the standard logistics with Tyson and Doug Larson. Emich was on my side to treat me like a lifetime partner. Nermina is a friend for life. I receive holiday cards and calls from her. I see her when I go in for service. She knew what I was paying and knew she could put me in a better place and even help me on my credit journey. Doug was my ally and gave me a big hug when we were done with my paperwork. I will never buy anywhere else and I LOVE my car. I even got upgraded features and Nermina showed me how to program simple things that I would have never known how to do like the garage door opener. Thank you, Nermina. Doug, and Tyson. I love you all and am forever grateful to you personally and to Fred and Emich for running a customer-first ethical business.
