Patient, Great Listener and Delivered What I Wanted I was in the market for a new car and was interested in the A5 Sportback. I visited the Silver Spring Audi location for the first time and was greeted with a smile from the moment I stepped in the door. I did not have an appointment and wow - am I lucky that MJ Alex was available and was assigned to help me out. She met with me and truly listened to my needs. I did not want to be pushed into a decision. I was not in a hurry to purchase and tend to over-analyze everything anyway. She was patient, extremely knolwedgeable, and made excellent suggestions based on what I had shared. I visited the dealership a few more times following my first visit. The dealership didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but she was able to find me what I wanted and also listened to what my budget was. My experience was awesome - and even better, I love my new Audi! More
