Called to talk to sales manager for their lack of any sales associates follow thru with a customer and thought I had the problem licked and and I'll be sob if they didn't snub me also. Brought a 2016 new Equinox there and I'll make sure to not send any business there way again. I'll be going to Betten Baker for my new truck. Also was unaware there paint protection plan was third party and not Dealer applicable, which is a joke. More

Horrible Customer Service I honestly had nothing but trouble. At first when MJ knew I was looking to lease or buy a vehicle she was very interested in reaching out and answerin I honestly had nothing but trouble. At first when MJ knew I was looking to lease or buy a vehicle she was very interested in reaching out and answering questions. A week went by and I would have to call her several times, she would never call me back and make excuses for things. When I finally got my new car, there was scratches all over it and the door molding had to be replaced. Went in a week later and they cleaned the scratched but had not even ordered the new molding for the door they need to fix. I have to go back yet again to get it fixed, mind you I worked two jobs and am a full time college student and they do not care about your schedules. It is all about their time. I have many family members who lease through Berger currently and because of my experience, after their leases are up, they will never return here. It is so awful. So many unprofessional people that work here. More
