Great experience went in for 5000 service, tire check. Told tires needed replacing and some brake lights were out. I have the "Tires For Life" program that was part went in for 5000 service, tire check. Told tires needed replacing and some brake lights were out. I have the "Tires For Life" program that was part of purchase in 2003, in compliance with this program, they installed new tires with no cost. Car drives so much better with new tires. Service was prompt and friendly. Moses Brown was helpful and courteous. More

First scheduled service for my wife's new 2014 Venza. This was our first scheduled 6 month service for her new Venza. The appointment time was 10:00 am and we were met by the service technician when we pu This was our first scheduled 6 month service for her new Venza. The appointment time was 10:00 am and we were met by the service technician when we pulled up. He explained everything that would be done, took our cell phone number and sent us up to the VIP lounge. The receptionist which gave us a buzzer that would call us when it was finished. Right expected time we received both a cell phone call and the buzzer went off telling us it was ready. There was no charge and was included in the warranty. More
