Mabel replied to my inquiry and was very prompt and thorough in answering my many questions and in scheduling a test drive. She was very personable and helpful in showing the car and its features. Volvo Cars also had great distancing measures in place and masks available for everyone. We initially decided to keep looking, but after working with other dealers, Mabel stood out as the person we wanted to buy from, so we reconnected with her and were able to make a deal. Dan worked with me final walk-through of the car and on the paperwork. He was also great to work with.
