We had no such problems with Mabel and her team. The communication was clear and responsive, the pricing straightforward, and there was nothing hidden in the end. Even though we were buying a used car they'd received in a trade, rather than the very nice Volvos she normally sells, Mabel treated us with respect, was personable, and clearly went the extra mile to learn about the car we were buying and was ready to answer any questions we had. We also worked with Diego at times, and everyone we encountered was extremely professional, courteous, and lovely. We've been to other dealers and the disrespect is just palpable. Skip the BS. More

She was easygoing, friendly, and not at all pushy (unlike some salespeople at other dealerships). She contacted me a few days after my purchase to make sure that I was satisfied. Mabel replied to my inquiry and was very prompt and thorough in answering my many questions and in scheduling a test drive. She was very personable and helpful in showing the car and its features. Volvo Cars also had great distancing measures in place and masks available for everyone. We initially decided to keep looking, but after working with other dealers, Mabel stood out as the person we wanted to buy from, so we reconnected with her and were able to make a deal. Dan worked with me final walk-through of the car and on the paperwork. He was also great to work with. Mabel and Dan really made it a positive experience, and Eddie and Wyman were a big help in completing the deal, too. More
