Recently my old XC60 broke down, and given the price for repair, and age of the car, I opted to search for a new car. Although I’ve been driving for a while, this was my first time buying a car. I was incredibly nervous about the process and worried that it would be difficult navigating getting a deal on my own as a young woman. It turns out I had nothing to be worried about. I was blessed to be paired with Mabel who was so helpful to me in making the decision. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, she simply talked me through the options and let me decide. I am happy to say, I ended up with the car of my dreams! A beautiful purple (Aurora silver) XC40! My favorite color and honestly such a personality match ☺️. Mabel was wonderful, not only did she help me in my selection, but I appreciated just speaking with her and the pieces of wisdom she shared. She didn’t have to but I really appreciated it. Additionally the staff at Volvo Silver Spring were so kind. When I made the appointment to look at vehicles, I thought that I would just discuss options and come back to make my purchase and pick up the car. However, since my original car was un-driveable, the team, especially Damir and Mabel, worked with me so that I was able to drive off with my car that day. I was so thankful because I was truly stuck in my house without a vehicle and was not expecting that at all. I am happy to say my first experience buying a car was enjoyable and stress free and that is due to Mabel and her team. I plan to drive this car for a while, but it is peaceful to know that there is an amazing team here if I need anything. I am truly thankful to Mabel and her team! More

She never pushed, she LISTENED. She did more than just inform, she SHARED That in itself, it truly exceptional and was a leading reason why we came home with a vehicle with a new vehicle. Mabel’s attention to detail, her consideration, her professionalism and her genuine authenticity made the hour and a half drive to the dealership worth every mile.
