From purchasing my first Mercedes with Mr. Casey Duffy to having schedule maintenance performed by the service center, orchestrated by Mr. Chuck Leyman, who is no doubt the BEST Service Advisor at the center. I’m compelled to write this review and tell you how impressed I am with your TEAM at Annapolis. I used the Annapolis service center twice in the last six months for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, on my 2016 GL550, and I’m truly convinced your TEAM is a cut above the rest of the competition. I like to say they have nailed the “Three “Ps” to perfection!!! Professionalism….Politeness…Promptness!! A customer couldn’t ask for anything more. They figured out what was going on and help me get it through emissions without costing an arm and a leg! He and Kevin were incredibly helpful and professional. Always a pleasant experience going to the service center! More
