Must not care about customers Let me start off by saying I'm a die-hard Dodge man. But if I had to buy a Dodge from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I would buy a Chevy first ! Let me start off by saying I'm a die-hard Dodge man. But if I had to buy a Dodge from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I would buy a Chevy first ! Now that I have said that let me explain. I'm going to trade in my truck for a truck on their website. I clean all my personal belongings out of my truck have checkbook and title in hand Drive 45 minutes to get there. They tell me the truck is in the service department and will not even let me see it. What kind of Mickey Mouse business is this ? They lost a sale for today. They lost my business forever ! I would not recommend them to anyone. More

The whole purchasing process was really slow and cumberson especially since we went in knowing which car we wanted and had cash payment ready. Should have been quick and easy.Specifically asked if the vehicle was ready to make several long trips or if I needed to take it to another mechanic for a check up before leaving on trip. Was told there was a 200 point inspection and that everything would be fine. When looked at vehicle--oil light was on but they said they hadn't finished the inspection yet. Should have ended it there but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bought it and 120 miles from home, the motor blew. To their credit, they did tow it back to the dealership and replace the motor. However, I sat on side of road stranded in the mountains in the heat with 3 little girls. After they repaired the car, We headed off to the beach with the 3 little girls in tow. First day at the beach--the air conditioner died. spent week at beach driving with no ac and a 5 hour drive back in the heat with no ac. Turns out condenser itself had a hole in it and had to be replaced which was a large chunk of change. In short, they made of have done a complete 200 point inspection of the vehicle, but they definitely missed some very important points or simply chose to patch the needed repairs long enough to get the vehicle off the property. I would have never thought this would happened from an established dealer which is why we went there--this wasn't some side of the road used car dealer and I expected better service and treatment from them. I would expect this off craigslist or used car flyers but not from this dealer. WRONG wish I had never crossed its path. More

Worst dealership I've been to The only positive experience I had was my sales person. Was a very nice guy and is the only reason I'm giving a one star. I had a few problems when I purchased it but it was to be fixed with the deal I worked out when I bought it. It was supposed to take 30 days to be fixed... or so I was told. After them constantly cancelling my appointments for the truck to be fixed I finally was able to bring my truck in 3 months later. It took them this long for them to get the plastic piece to go over my dash cluster. Upon picking my truck up they never even replaced that part that I've been waiting on for months, not to mention how they dented my bumper while it was in their shop. The BIG problem I'm currently having and the reason I'm writing this review is because I was supposed to be getting a free oil change which they said they did when I had my truck there. A little after a month of having my truck back, my engine light came on and my truck was overheating. I checked the oil and I've never seen dirtier oil in my life. Mind you, I still have over a thounsand miles and over a month till my next oil change, so there's absolutely no way the oil should be that dirty. Also I'm in the military and they know this because they gave me a discount when I purchased the truck. They knowingly took advantage of me, lied to me, and now am looking at thousands of dollars to fix the problems that should have never even happened. More

Wonderful customer service!! This is the 2nd return to buying a car from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. My husband and I bought our Suburban 2 years ago from here through Juli This is the 2nd return to buying a car from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. My husband and I bought our Suburban 2 years ago from here through Julius Wittenberg. He was awesome!! We decided to down-size, so we came back on Saturday and asked for Julius. Unfortunately, he is semi-retired and wasn't there. However, we got just as excellent help from Mac Mccoullough! Neither of these guys ever pressured us into buying our vehicles. They were friendly and professional, took their time with us in our decisions, and we're all around great guys. Even the man that dealt with the final paper signing was a pleasure to work with! We have checked prices, and my husband and I agree that Kernersville has the best prices on their vehicles. We will continue to buy our vehicles from here. More

Mac Mccoullough had a great and friendly personality they both make a good impression towards the company. I purchased a Suzuki hatchback and they took $200 off so I could fix the small crack in the windshield if I want to. They're great I'd recommend going here to purchase a great vehicle at an excellent fair price. When I buy another car I will definitely go back!:):):):):):):) More
