Getting service accomplished seems to be a problem. After scheduling an appointment a week In advance and being told it would take one day, I show up to pick up my car and they never even started on it. What is the point in an appointment at this point. It took me 3 hours of round trip driving to get it worked on to pick it up without any work being done on it. There was no communication as to the status of my vehicle at all. Bring it in the following week and they actually get it done. They are just fine with charging me $150 per hour for their time while I spent a total of 6 hours of driving time for them to be able to complete the work. What is my time worth to them? Nothing. To say the least it was a horrible experience. Not only did they not fix my suv but they charged me an arm and a leg for nothing.
