I went to the dealership looking to buy a Ford Focus. Mack was the salesman who met me at the door. He was so friendly. Took care of all my needs completely. He helped me through all the processes I needed to accomplish along the way, financing, preparing my trade-in, etc. On delivery he set up my phone for me and showed me all the features of my car so I knew how to work everything. He has made several follow up calls to check on me. I couldn't ask for a better experience than I have had with Mack at Joe Machens. I will definitely buy from him in the future and refer anyone I know to him if they are in the car buying market. More

Easy to work with! Mack was friendly, and he along with the other staff didn't seem to mind staying late to insure that I was able to get the car buying process done the same night! I HATE how sometimes i the other staff didn't seem to mind staying late to insure that I was able to get the car buying process done the same night! I HATE how sometimes it can take days or months to haggle with a dealer on a price...However this wasn't the case with Mack and Joe Machen's, the entire process was completed in just a couple of hours, and I left happy with my new car and the deal that I received.
