We went to a local Chevy dealer first and something just did not sit right with my husband, so we headed to Machens. Mack was our salesman and from the first hello to the handing over the keys of our new Ford Fusion, he was amazing. He endured 3 test drives, multiple questions and a long afternoon of working to get us the vehicle we wanted/needed and a price we were comfortable with. His knowledge of each car we drove was in-depth. He was the ultimate professional with a sense of humor to keep things light. In fact the entire staff at Joe Machens were very professional and helpful. The detail shop they have tinted my windows and did a great job. They explained everything to me before hand, and made sure that I was satisfied after the job was complete. This is my second purchase from Joe Machens and I have decided that this is the only dealership that I will purchase a car from in the future. More

Well, salesman Mack McKinney showed us several used cars and a new cars that fit our budget. He was very helpful. One of the main things we appreciated was how he gave us all the time we wanted to decide what we wanted to buy. We decided to buy a new Focus se. At that time it was to late in the day to do the financing so we had to wait till the next day to finalize the deal. This worked great for us because Mack got the heated seats that we wanted installed for us before we picked the car up the next evening! Next time I need a car I'll go see Mack! More
