WELL I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE MAN AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DESK ,I THINK IT WAS JIM , HE WAS RUDE, I ASK HIM TO HAVE THE MECHANIC JUST LOOK UNDER MY CAR AND SEE WHAT WAS BURNING, HE WANTED TO CHARG DEPARTMENT DESK ,I THINK IT WAS JIM , HE WAS RUDE, I ASK HIM TO HAVE THE MECHANIC JUST LOOK UNDER MY CAR AND SEE WHAT WAS BURNING, HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME 180.00 . I WAS NOT ASKING FOR ANY WORK FOR NOTHING, MY CAR COULD HAVE BEEN CATCHING ON FIRE AND HE SEEMED LIKE HE DIDN'T CARE. I WENT TO FRANKIES DOWN THE ROAD AND THEY TOOK ME IN AHEAD OF OTHERS AND FOUND THAT A PIECE OF PLASTIC HAD GOTTEN UP THERE AND WAS MELTING , CAUSING IT TO SMOKE. ,AND THEY REMOVED IT AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING , I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND LIVE ON SOCIAL SECURITY .
