Loved the inquiry process and test drive. Very impressive overview and knowledge. We looked at 3 different models and settled on the Sportage. The lead time to get it was a bit of a bummer but understandable. Mackenzie did a great job keeping me informed of the delivery process and date. I really appreciate not being strung along but informed of where my car was, why the timeframe for delivery and regular updates. Once delivered she arranged a smooth process to complete the transaction and a wonderful time teaching me all the features! I’ve already recommended Mackenzie and Kia to a few friends. More

I have mixed feelings about the dealership. They pre-install a protection package on new vehicles instead of a market adjustment. So a win and a loss because the products in that package should They pre-install a protection package on new vehicles instead of a market adjustment. So a win and a loss because the products in that package should have been part of the deal with the finance manager instead of on the front end of the deal. They also were not very open to negotiating on that. My other gripe is the allocation system. You can't directly order a car from Kia with this dealership but you can with others. The allocation system was terrible and the arrival date of the vehicle kept changing for no apparent reason. I can't say I'd never go back to this dealership but I'd need some serious convincing. MacKenzie didn't have much experience about the 2023 Niro EV. I wasn't told the car didn't come with a spare tire and she was confused about the charger telling me the AC adapter was the charger cable. Also, EV. Also, the dealer called me offering to sell a charger cable for $1,200 which I bought on Amazon for $190. Jim Ellis doesn't care about customers at all. More
