Even though this visit was not the largest work order I have had at Hudson Chrysler-Jeep, it might have been the best. I needed new headlights and wipers, and I had a small window of time to get this done have had at Hudson Chrysler-Jeep, it might have been the best. I called a service representative at 2:30 P.M. with hopes of getting in and out between 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. on the same day; he looked up my vehicle's history report, found the exact items I needed, and was able to get me in. Upon arriving at the dealership, my vehicle was efficiently taken in while I completed necessary paperwork with another service representative -- who went above and beyond the call of duty by adding a 10% discount (for an online promotion that I didn't even know about). I was told that the work would take about an hour; within that hour, I was updated on the progress on my vehicle, and the work was completed in about forty minutes. This is one of the reasons that I began coming here for service even before I bought a Jeep here. Nice work, Hudson Chrysler-Jeep! Thank you. More
