Madison was unprofessional. Lied to me and said it was a requirement to setup the Honda link app in order to take possession of the vehicle. When I refused after her repeated failed attempt she told me I’m costing her $100. She also didn’t know anything about the vehicle (how to open the vent for the moonroof, synch ventilation etc). Did not spend any time reviewing the cars functions when I asked. Also didn’t reply to my repeated emails requesting she send me the window sticker, which remains unresolved. Only good thing for me is she stated that there is a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty which seems to conflict with what the finance manger said when he tried to upsell me when I was signing up. More

This car buying experience turned out to be one of my worst experiences. It started pretty with the salesperson doing an excellent job. Everything was going well until it came to the finance department. I signed the papers, but I did not have the check for the down payment, and the debit card did not have that much limit. They were nice enough to let us drive the car home. This gave me a little time to ponder over the finance details. I saw the advertisement disclaimer that the DEALER DOCUMENTATION FEE of $798 is included in the price. Whereas the finance people had added it on the bill on top of the selling price. we were offered the extended warranty of extra 3 years and up to 75K miles for $2,990. I asked for 3 extra years and 100K miles and this was agreed upon. The finance lady, Amanda, at the time of signing the deal asked if we would like an extra year of warranty and bumper to bumper coverage, especially for tire blow outs or damaged wheels for about $12/month. We agreed to this too. I was told that my monthly payments will be about $456 a month with the APR of 7%. I asked her to make it around $450 which she said she unable to. I told her that instead of $5, 000 down I was going to put $10,000 down. She ran the new finance agreement with $10,000 down and suddenly exclaimed that it bought the payments down to $350/month. Everybody in the room (my family) heard it and she realized it too. Then suddenly she increased the APR to 7.33, telling me my payments were $452 now. Next day I saw her and the salesperson and told them about the DEALER DOCUMENTATION FEE and the APR. They agreed to remove the overcharged fee and lower the APR. On inspecting the papers, I found out that she has increased the extra warranty price to $2,990. and for the Bumper-to-Bumper cover, which was promised at $12/month for 72 months of finance was listed as$1,575 (instead of $720). It still is listed as $1,575. She did not disclose the original APR offered by Honda Finance but went on to match the Capital One rate of 6.3. The finance manager came to see Amanda while we were sitting out of the room but did not have the courtesy to acknowledge the wrongdoing or even say a simple hello. Amanda had a discriminatory attitude from the moment she saw us. They thought it was easy to prey on unsuspecting customers. I still would like my original APR, that I qualified for, applied to the finance agreement. I want an explanation from the Honda Corporate Manager/President and Lou Sobh Dealership President too before I put this matter in front of BBB and report it to the FTC. More

Madison was pleasant to work with. She had answers to the questions we asked about the vehicle. She was the first person to contact me when I searched online for a vehicle. However, we did not feel pressured when we decided to go in and look at the vehicle and take a test drive. She worked with us quickly and efficiently And we never felt pressured to make the purchase and we felt like she truly enjoyed working with us. More

Made appointment to see her the next day. She was there to usher us through our questions and thoughts about our choice. We made our decision and called her and told her we'd be in on Friday to buy the car. She was pleasant, not overbearing like some sales people.. I would recommend her and Lou Sobh without a doubt for your new car needs. More
