I would highly recommend seeing Cassidy if you're in the market for a new or preowned vehicle. He was fantastic throughout the entire process from the time we walked in the door to the minute I drove off th market for a new or preowned vehicle. I was in the market about 3 years ago but the sale didn't work out. This time, I requested Cassidy because of the great experience we had the last time. Nothing has changed, same great personality, very informative, knowledgeable about the vehicles, caring / compassionate, and understanding of any situation. Again, I would definitely recommend Cassidy over anyone else because of all these characteristics! More

Premier Subaru Middlebury sets a high bar on how the transaction of buying a car should go. Madrid, Carlos, Gretchen and Gina were all phenomenal and a pleasure to do business with. No hidden agendas, no pressure. The dealership and it's inventory are immaculate. Cannot say the same about the Subaru dealer in Torrington. If you're looking for a Subaru, do yourself a favor and make Premier your first and only stop. More

The employees there were not welcoming at all.
