My husband and I just had an amazing experience working with Russ and Christian at Bill Jacobs BMW. They both were very knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. We bought our very first 2023 BMW X with Russ and Christian at Bill Jacobs BMW. They both were very knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. We bought our very first 2023 BMW X5 and couldn’t be happier. Also, thanks to Maggie for helping us with the BMW app set up. I picked up my 2024 BMW X6 from Bill Jacobs in Naperville and couldn't have been happier. My dealer, Maggie Bernard, went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive purchasing experience.
