Maggie white was very helpful and made my service go smoothly. But now that she no longer there, the service that Nissan deliver is not optimal. Making customer pay unnecessary thing, and not been hones smoothly. But now that she no longer there, the service that Nissan deliver is not optimal. Disappointed. Oil change was ok. After over 2 hours car was not checked for leak. Canceled leak check. Latch on hood was not checked. Service tech left for lunch. Oil change was ok. The second woman I dealt with was amazing, Maggie was ok too but I didn't expect to have to pay that day coming for recalls. I asked and was hoping Nissan could CHECK MY TRANSMISSION FLUID.... Was told they too but I didn't expect to have to pay that day coming for recalls. I asked and was hoping Nissan could CHECK MY TRANSMISSION FLUID.... Was told they cannot, I could only get a flush for $300?? Can't understand why Nissan will not or I was told they cannot check it. Did not expect that charge & didn't want to worry if it was low, so I had to pay and no one can check it but Nissan. Did not know that when buying it. More
