After my personal vehicle research, I began looking for the car I wanted. I contacted FOUR Nissan dealerships within a 50-mile radius of my home. I was told that the vehicle I wanted wasn't available, t the car I wanted. I contacted FOUR Nissan dealerships within a 50-mile radius of my home. I was told that the vehicle I wanted wasn't available, they'd "keep an eye out for it" and no, I could not order it because Nissan wasn't accepting orders for this particular vehicle. I called FourStars as my FIFTH dealership (I had purchased my 2019 Rogue from the previous owner--Gunn--and wasn't happy with the service, but decided to try the new owner. My call was answered by Maggie who listened to my rant and insistence that I only want THIS vehicle. Don't try to sell me anything else. She promised to pass my information and vehicle preference on to one of the sales members who "was real good about finding what cannot be found.". I had a phone call from Dillon within 4 hours telling me that there were only SEVEN of this particular vehicle build out and he found the exact car I wanted and it was on the way to Denton. I couldn't believe it! This was on a Wednesday. I was sitting in the driver seat of my new car on FRIDAY! Dillon Garcia is a miracle worker! He make the impossible, possible! More
