Hi, I’m Mahogany Nolen, assistant service manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in 2020 I’m excited to bring my years of customer service experience to the team. Our dealership focuses on delivering a positive and quality guest experience which aligns with my commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I’m a graduate of Walnut Ridge High School. I have three children ShyAira, Ky’aira, and Xavier, and away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My favorite vacation escape was to Las Vegas, let’s face it, it’s a world all its own with so much to do. The most-played song on my playlist must be Pack Lite by Queen Naiga. Recent service at approx 99k miles for my 2025 Camry LE Hybrid was exceptional. The service manager, Michael Aranov was covering the entire floor, but still took time to review my previous service, and exp Hybrid was exceptional.
