Josh was my salesman initially well all the way through I guess and then when I came back in, he couldn’t find my second key. I found out that he lost his job but ever since then everybody I have dealt with guess and then when I came back in, he couldn’t find my second key. He told me to pick up my car and drive it through the front of the dealership and he would have a man program it for me. Which he did in about two minutes.
