I’ve called, emailed numerous times and don’t have any clear answers that someone in bookkeeping could answer in a 2 minute convo. No one had reached out to me the answer is “I’ll call you right back.” Or I’ll have them call you. I just want to give them the parts and pick up a check. Zero initiative on thier part. If I sound frustrated I am. It is a great place to buy a car & they were going to have a sale but my salesman was a pressure guy anyway. If they would simply call me back and tell me what is going on that would help. They can put pressure not take it. That aside, if you are not a female buyer you can’t find a better place or product to get a motor vehicle. They are good folk, kind and professional. Excellent cars! Check out the new Kona, that’s caught my eye for later. When you call you have to go through sales to get to the business office and will get disconnected several times. I have yet to get through that impenetrable wall to get the answer to when can I bring you my car parts and pick up my check. It is my fault for being against a deadline of my own but they won’t even answer that. To make it more clear for you, the mail in my neighborhood is getting stolen, yesterday it was across the street. I simply want to give them a key fob & backrest, and pick up a check. If I had known this kind of trouble it would be I would have sold the car elsewhere but I still would have come here to buy.

Thank you for your quick response Jason. I sent an email earlier today today to William, no response. He was soliciting a review yesterday so I sent a glowing one in. Good faith knowing I would be called back, as he said. As Brian said on another call. On a third call I was told the business office would call. There were two dropped calls. Still no text, email, or phone call not initiated by me. You are the only response I’ve gotten. Here. On a public review page. I have, however, gotten five emails soliciting reviews or to show me other cars that I might have been interested in at the time. Apparently I was emailed this week by the service dept re a vehicle I bought there in 22. I have, as anyone does, call logs and emails available if you are curious. Again, thank you for your response. About my two questions, still crickets.

I just called. 4:29PM to talk to you. Got another talking over me, assuming what I was going to say, and putting words into my mouth followed by promise of a return call.
Very attentive staff that wasn’t too pushy.
