Malachi listened and provided what we asked to the best of his ability with current inventory. He was up front and did not try to skew or sell us different vehicles just to keep us in the dealership. He was able to give us a range of what the vehicle would cost. Exactly the information we were looking for without games. We returned to the dealership based on this initial interaction. We ended up looking at different colors and trim options and found the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Salesmanship excellent. Dealership however tried to be deceitful and underhanded when financing. Truly tried to pull on over one us with an insane interest rate verses a rebate. In addition finance representative kept us waiting over and hour when all the paperwork was prepared the day before including running our credit. The credit was ran again for no reason and the finance person was rude and disrespectful. I cannot believe the difference in how we were treated from one entity to the other. More

This was my first time leasing a vehicle or doing business at a car dealership ever, and my experience was super smooth and easy. Malachi was always quick to get back to me and address any of my conc business at a car dealership ever, and my experience was super smooth and easy. Malachi was always quick to get back to me and address any of my concerns, and even stayed past closing to make sure our vehicle got cleaned and detailed properly before we left the dealership. I love how easy the process was and how I was able to handle almost everything over email and get exactly the vehicle I wanted for the deal that I wanted. I have auditory processing issues, so doing business over the phone or in person can be difficult for me, and I appreciate the option to do most of everything through email and text. More

We had two options for nearly identical Nissan Leafs, one at a Nissan dealership that was 15 minutes from our house, we wasted 5 hours of our day trying to convince them of the used EV tax credit, we were re at a Nissan dealership that was 15 minutes from our house, we wasted 5 hours of our day trying to convince them of the used EV tax credit, we were ready to buy the car, but they kept trying to tell us to buy the car at full list price without allowing us to fill out the IRS paperwork which is required to be done before the sale of the vehicle. We decided we should call Hyundai of Norman where they had the same model vehicle with very similar mileage. They were aware of the tax code, we drove there nearly an hour there, test drive the car, filled out paperwork, left to have dinner while they detailed the vehicle and drove back home with it within 4 hours( including drive time!) Honestly so painless thanks to Jessica who answered our call and got us working with Malachi before we even arrived. I highly recommend this dealership! They had plenty of staff, everyone seemed honest and ready to help, but not in a pushy way like you'll find at most dealerships. 10/10 More

After wasting half a day at another dealership and getting no where, it was a huge relief to work with Malachi. He was very easy to work with, very clear and direct, and so helpful! He got us off the lot in half the time and made the whole process incredibly easy. There was no xx, no hidden fees, just a smooth and easy process. I also worked with Jessica over the phone and she was amazing as well. I had some questions she didn't immediately know, so she researched it all and called me back promptly. She also communicated what I needed clearly, so Malachi was ready to go as soon as we arrived. Every dealership should strive for this level of customer service, transparency, and consideration. 10/10 Malachi and Jessica were just so great. More

Malachi was very laid back, informative, and easy to work with. I did not feel pressured to do anything but everyone involved in the deal did a stellar job to make sure I was comfortable and got me into a ca with. I did not feel pressured to do anything but everyone involved in the deal did a stellar job to make sure I was comfortable and got me into a car that I absolutely love in under 2 hours! They even gave me a snack while I waited for Jake to beat my banks deal and he ensured I walked away with the best deal possible. I am so grateful for this team and the experience they provided.
